Where is Our Flag, the U.S. Flag, lowered to half-staff today?
Across Connecticut, Michigan, and New Jersey all (U.S. & State) Flags are half-staff.
In, Pennsylvania, all STATE (Commonwealth) Flags are half-staff.
And, in the counties of Bucks, Pennsylvania, Licking, Ohio, Riverside, California, and Hutchinson, Texas, and in the City of Santa Rosa, California, all Flags are half-staff to honor fallen local patriots.

Donald Douglas Sr., born on April 6, 1892, was a pioneering engineer and businessman, who founded the Douglas Aircraft Company, which made valuable civilian (DC-3) and military transport planes during World War II.
Paul Rudd, born April 6, 1969, is best known by Americans, as Ant Man from the Marvel movie series. He's been in lots of other movies and TV shows, which earned him a spot among the Forbes magazine's Celebrity Top 100 list in 2019.
