All Flags in Borough of Madison, NEW JERSEY (NJ: Mar. 6 - 9): City officials, assumedly with authority and approval of the NJ Governor, ordered all Flags in Borough of Madison to half-staff until sunset on Mon., Mar. 9, the date of his interment, to honor the life of Ted Monica, a legendary high school football coach and Korean War Veteran (USMC). All Flags in Monticello, KENTUCKY (KY: Mar. 6 - 8): City officials, assumedly with authority and approval of the KY Governor, ordered all Flags in City of Monticello to half-staff until Sun., Mar. 8, the date of his interment, to honor the life of former Mayor Kenneth Catron, who served as mayor for 21 years.
