Libertas, a Roman goddess of liberty, in this case, known as the Statue of Liberty (aka Liberty Enlightening the World), is today's 'Woman to Honor.'  During this week, on October 28, of 1886, the Statue of Liberty was officially opened and dedicated in New York Harbor.  GO HERE to learn more about this historical event within this week's Pre-Pledge Tribute.
