"He was a dog enthusiast and often divided the world between the 'porch dogs' who sat and talked, and the 'yard dogs' who got things done. Command Sergeant Major (CSM) Donovan Watts (who was a 'yard dog') was the greatest paratrooper I have ever known. He was kind, fair and treated everyone with dignity."
