Note:  After 2 years of offering a free half-staff text alert service, we had to make a change because the program became too expensive to maintain.  Unfortunately, sending texts is NOT free to our nonprofit.  I spent more than $300 per month out-of-my-pocket for a year+ because the text service grew quickly and its costs were way above our donation receipts each month.  I hope you understand and become a $5 donation lifetime member of our new HALF-STAFF and BACK-TO-FULL-STAFF state-targeted TEXT alert service below.  -Sean S.

Never miss when to lower your US and/or State Flags or when to return to Full Staff via Flag Steward's donors-only service.  Make a one-time (LIFETIME), tax-deductible $5 donation and get a LIFETIME of STATE-TARGETED Half-Staff and Back-to-Full-Staff TEXT ALERTS.  These National and/or State-targeted texts will be sent the night before, or other immediate order times, for half-staff order.  Additionally, a text will sent between 30 min to 1 hour before sunset to remind you to raise your US and/or State Flag back to Full Staff.
