The U.S. Flag is full staff across 45 of 50 States.
ALL FLAGS across MONTANA & LOUISIANA are half-staff.
And, in INDIANA, MASSACHUSETTS, and CALIFORNIA there are local half-staffs ordered.

Amazingly, Army Recruit Luis Pinto, Jr. lost more than 100 pounds so he could go out and defend Our Nation as a Patriot Weapons System soldier.
