For 4th day in-a-row, Flag Steward, reinforcing its claim of the most accurate and comprehensive half-staffs listing, is the only site and/or app to honor the half-staff order in NYC (America's most populated city), as well as, Los Angeles and Kern County in California. Flags Express, Flag Notify, Colonial Flag app, and Legacy all are missing these half-staffs honoring a fallen firefigther (FDNY) and fallen officer (CHP) respectively.
