The U.S. Flag is full staff in 47 of 50 States.
The U.S. Flag is half-staff across ARIZONA (ordered late this AM) and NEW YORK (and NYC has a concurrent half-staff for another honoree).
Local half-staffs of all Flags, including Kern County and Los Angeles, in California
And VIRGINIA's State Flag on its Capitol building only is half-staff.
