New Jersey (and Alabama was added this afternoon) have the US Flag at half-staff across their states.
New York and Texas have local half-staffs to review.
And, the Florida STATE Flag is half-staff

Today's Moment to Remember

On this date, June 12, in 1987, President Ronald Reagan challenged "Mr. Gorbachev," the Soviet Union's leader, to "open this gate" and "tear down this wall."  This Cold War challenge by Reagan was given during a speech in front of the famed Brandenburg Gate that separated East Berlin (communist) from West Berlin (free).  It was one of Reagan's most famous Cold War speeches. And, surprisingly, 4 years later, on November 9, 1991, the gate was opened and the wall started to come down.
