In Arizona, the US and State Flags are at half-staff from sunrise to sunset today, Aug 3, to honor State Trooper Tyler Edenhofer on the day of his interment (burial).

This Week's #NeverForgottenFriday Honorees
This week, thankfully, there are no fallen military personnel to report from the Global War on Terror (GWOT). So, this #NeverForgottenFriday is for our Korean War Veterans.
Interestingly, last Friday, on the anniversary of the Korean War Armistice Day, North Korea finally returned some of our fallen combatants. True to America's insistence that no soldier is left behind, on this #NeverForgottenFriday, we're able to pay our respects to 55 U.S. service members' remains being brought home 65 years after the end of the Korean War.

The unanimous Declaration of the thirteen united States of America
Was the original Declaration of Independence document signed by all members of the Continental Congress on July 4, 1776?
Actually, no, the majority of the 55 members of the Continental Congress signed the parchment copy of the Declaration of Independence on August 2, 1776 at the Pennsylvania State House in Philadelphia. This signed declaration is the one kept and displayed at the National Archives in Washington, DC.
It boldly proclaims to the King of England that "We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness."
