Across the USA, Our Flag flies at full staff in all 50 states - except in Texas and Massachusetts.

In Texas, Our Flag is at half-staff to honor former first lady of Texas with the passing of Rita Clements. As a mark of respect for her public service. Our prayers of comfort are extended to the Clements family in their time of grief.
In Massachusetts, the half-staff commemorates Private First Class Evan G. Kasabian, U.S. Army, of Tyngsboro, MA who died on Saturday, December 30, 2017.
