Matthew J. Tomkiewicz of Fort Wayne, Indiana; Capt. Ross A. Reynolds of Leominster, Massachusetts; Gunnery Sgt. James W. Speedy of Cambridge, Ohio; and Cpl. Jacob M. National Half-Staff for U.S. Representative / Congressman Don Young
Per the US Flag Code's Section 7 (see the excerpt and last line in the page image below), in anticipation of the expected Presidential proclamation, and because the last two National Half-Staff orders from POTUS for active members of Congress were released too late for proper honors, the U.S. Flag should be at HALF-STAFF across the USA and its territories, immediately, until sunset (OR MIDNIGHT per POTUS proclamation) on Sat., Mar. 19 as a mark of respect for Don Young, a U.S. Representative from Alaska and oldest member of the US Congress, who died, late in the day, on Fri., Mar. 18.  GO HERE to see the Friday night news release about his death.
