The STATE FLAG is half-staff across North Carolina.
And, All Flags in S. Lake Tahoe City, CA and Biloxi, MS are half-staff.
[ Also, Philadelphia Mayor ordered Philly City Flag only to half-staff ]

Today's #NeverForgottenFriday Commemoration
There was one military casualty in our Global War on Terror combat zones this week. Army Specialist (SPC) Miguel L. Holmes, 22, of Hinesville, GA, died of wounds from a non-combat related incident on Monday, May 6th. He was serving, as part of Operation Freedom's Sentinel in Afghanistan, with 1st Battalion, 118th Field Artillery Regiment, 48th Infantry Brigade Combat Team out of Savannah, Georgia.
